In February of 2017 I decided enough was enough. I was working out, THOUGHT I was eating well, but I just felt crappy ALL THE TIME. I had to take a good, hard look at the lifestyle we were living (aka too much comfort food) and make some changes. I gave these changes my 100% effort and by May of 2017, I was down 22 pounds.
It took CONSISTENT hard work over the course of several months. I don’t want anyone to get the impression that there was any type of “quick fix” involved. After losing those 22 pounds, I have kept it off, completed several more workout programs from start to finish, and feel better than I have in years.
