My 21 Day Fix Meals

I’m no expert, but I figure this is a good place for others to come for some recipe ideas while doing the 21 Day Fix 🙂

 

I’m allowed 3 greens, 2 purples, 4 reds, 2 yellows, 1 blue, 1 orange, and 2 teaspoons daily so you can adjust as needed!

 

1:

  1. – 1/2 red of nonfat Greek yogurt
  2. – 1 purple of chopped Granny Smith apple
  3. – 1 orange of PB2
  4. – cap full of vanilla extract (free food)
  5. – sprinkle with cinnamon (free food)

2:

  1. 1 red of 1/2 Cafe Mocha P90X protein bar (um, YUM)

 

3:

  1. 1 green of kale seasoned with Mrs. Dash and sauteed in a pan with cooking spray
  2. 1/2 red of hard boiled egg
  3. 1 yellow of Ezekiel bread

4:

  1. 1 red of vanilla Shakeology
  2. 1 purple of strawberries
  3. 1 teaspoon of natural peanut butter
  4. ice and water (free foods)

5:

  1. 1 green of spaghetti squash baked in the oven with garlic and Mrs. Dash
  2. 1 green of bell peppers and tomatoes sauteed until made into almost a “sauce”
  3. above was cooked in 1 teaspoon of EVOO
  4. 1 yellow of tricolor whole grain couscous
  5. 1 red of tilapia baked in lemon juice and seasoned with lemon pepper seasoning

6:

  1. 1 red of steak cooked in a chipotle seasoning
  2. 1.5 greens of chopped romaine lettuce and shredded red cabbage
  3. 1 yellow of black beans
  4. 1 blue of diced avocado

7:

  1. 1 red of 2 eggs
  2. 1 green of broccoli
  3. 1 yellow of a slice of Ezekiel bread
  4. 1 blue of shredded Parmesan cheese (cooked in egg/broccoli mixture and sprinkled on top)

8:

  1. 1 red of chocolate Shakeology
  2. 1/2 purple of 1/2 a medium banana
  3. 1 teaspoon of natural peanut butter (I buy whatever is on sale, honestly)
  4. ice and water (free foods)

9: **Note** this meal is made to be used as 3 different servings of 1.5 red, 1 yellow, 2/3 green 

  1. 3 reds of cooled boiled chicken shredded then re-heated in a pan with hot sauce
  2. 2 greens of chopped celery, including the green, leafy tops
  3. 1.5 reds of plain Greek yogurt
  4. hot sauce to taste to thin out Greek yogurt (free food)
  5. 1 yellow of 2 small corn tortillas (use a yellow each time you eat the chicken mixture, so add the yellow in)

10.

  1. 1 green of spaghetti squash (baked in oven with Mrs. Dash)
  2. 1/2 green of tomato sauce (just canned tomatoes seasoned with Italian herbs)
  3. 1 blue of shredded Parmesan cheese

11.

  1. 1 red of shrimp cooked in 1 teaspoon of EVOO and seasoned with Mrs. Dash
  2. 1 & 1/2 green of romaine lettuce
  3. 1/2 green of chopped heirloom tomatoes
  4. 1 blue of avocado
  5. 1 yellow of black beans seasoned with cayenne pepper

12.

  1. 1 red of chocolate Shakeology
  2. 1 teaspoon of natural peanut butter
  3. 1 blue of mashed avocado
  4. 1 yellow of toasted Ezekiel bread

13.

  1. 1 red of tuna and plain Greek yogurt mixed well and seasoned with Mrs. Dash
  2. 1 green of chopped tomatoes and celery (add into tuna mixture)
  3. 1/2 green of sauteed spinach seasoned with Mrs. Dash

14.

  1. 1/2 blue of original hummus (which was enough for all of the carrots)
  2. 1 green of organic carrots
  3. COULD THAT BE ANY EASIER?? 🙂
