Let’s talk salsa. If you prefer smooth, thin restaurant style salsa over the thick and chunky kind, you need to keep reading. I could sit down at a Mexican style restaurant and eat the whole bowl of chips and salsa and just forget about ordering an entree. I LOVE IT. I always thought there was no way I could recreate it to be as good as theirs, but I was wrong. I was watching The Pioneer Woman on The Food Network one day and she was making a restaurant style salsa. I could tell from the ingredients and the consistency of it, that THIS WAS IT.
I’m pretty sure I immediately went to the grocery store and bought the ingredients to make it.
It. Was. Perfect. In every way!
