Guilt Free Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Dip

Okay, maybe there’s a LITTLE guilt in here. But when you see what the main ingredient is, you won’t feel so bad!

Here it is….the star ingredient

What you need:

  • 1 and 3/4 cup of rinsed and dried garbanzo beans (or chick peas)
  • 1/4 cup of peanut butter (or other nut butter if you prefer)
  • 1/3 cup of brown sugar
  • 2 tsp. pure vanilla extract
  • 1/8 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. baking soda
  • 1/4 cup of dry oats
  • 1/3 cup of dark chocolate chips
  • dash of milk, if needed, to thin mixture

Combine all ingredients in a food processor or good blender, blend until smooth. Pour into a serving bowl and stir in the chocolate chips. Cover with plastic wrap and chill for at least one hour. Serve with graham crackers, apples, pretzels, (or just grab a spoon). Enjoy 🙂
